Hundreds of years of love and marriage were celebrated today at ������ý with the Crimson Couple Vow Renewal Ceremony in ������ý’s Oak Grove.

������ý will end its sesquicentennial year on June 6 with a Crimson Couple Vow Renewal Ceremony in the ������ý Oak Grove. The event, which begins at 2:00 p.m., will include 130 “Crimson Couples” (couples who met at ������ý) who are celebrating between three and 66 years of marriage and one local Crimson Couple who will begin their marriage.

Two graduates of ������ý have gifted $325,000 to ������ý to support ������ý’s Crimson Scholars Circle ($270,000) and the ������ý Food Pantry and Help Center ($55,000).

Due to the forecast of inclement weather, this year’s ������ý “Chalk the Walk” sidewalk commentary contest will take place on May 1. Times set for events during the day will remain as scheduled.
