This spring, registered dietitian and food and nutrition professor Pao Ying Hsiao conducted a four-part cooking series for a group of 12 homeschooled students from Indiana County, mostly ages 10 to 12 years old, with one eight-year-old, for 鈥淟ittle Hands, Big Impact: A Pilot Study Exploring How Teaching Kids to Cook Influences Family Food Practices.鈥

Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics Celebrating National Nutrition Month With Smoothie Sale, Mac and Cheese Cookoff to Benefit 果冻传媒 Food Pantry and Help Center

The Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics (SAND) at 果冻传媒 has organized a smoothie sale and mac and cheese crockpot charity cookoff to celebrate National Nutrition Month in March. The mac and cheese crockpot cook-off, which is open to the community, will be held March 25.
