Crystal Machado collaborated with Yao Fu, Jiaxi Wang, and Ozgul Kartal from the University of Wisconsin to present their peer-reviewed paper, 鈥淧reservice Teachers鈥 AI Use and Responsible AI Self鈥慐fficacy: An Exploratory Study,鈥 at the 2026 Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education Conference.

Denine Frye, a doctoral candidate in the Curriculum and Instruction DEd program, was featured in an article on the use of AI in the secondary ELA classroom.
