After careful review of the 10 nominees put forth by ¹û¶³´«Ã½ faculty across all academic programs, ¹û¶³´«Ã½ President Michael Driscoll and Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Tim Moerland have selected Arie Van Wieren, a biochemistry major from Indiana, as ¹û¶³´«Ã½â€™s finalist for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Ali-Zaidi Award.
¹û¶³´«Ã½â€™s Summer Academy is designed to help faculty and staff gain new perspectives and skills in using technology in teaching, as well as in organizing and planning events and providing support to students. The 2020 Summer Academy for faculty begins June 1; Summer Academy for staff begins June 15. Faculty registrations are due Tuesday, May 26.
Course evaluations are underway. For the spring 2020 semester, regular face-to-face classes have been converted to online. Therefore, all student evaluations of instruction will be online as well. Instructions are being emailed to students and faculty.
