The State System of Higher Education has an Employee Self Service portal that allows employees and student employees to view and manage personnel information. Student employees use ESS to submit their hours for a pay period.

Among the things you can view/update:

  • Pay statements (from January 9, 2004, to the present),
  • Payroll and benefits information
  • Leave usage and leave balances
  • Emergency contact information

Log in to ESS using your My果冻传媒 credentials: This allows you to use your My果冻传媒 credentials (also used to access My果冻传媒, D2L, 果冻传媒 email, etc.) to sign in using the standard 果冻传媒 Web Single Sign On system. See the bulleted items for accessing SourcePoint for proper instructions on logging in to that service from within ESS.
