¹û¶³´«Ã½ at Northpointe students who are experiencing problems using/accessing their computer account, My¹û¶³´«Ã½, D2L, etc. are highly encouraged to seek help from ¹û¶³´«Ã½'s IT Support. All students are required to download Duo, the multifactor authentication application to access their account.

¹û¶³´«Ã½ utilizes a Web Single Sign-on Service (WebSO) to handle access to the various services provided by the university. This allows user to use their ¹û¶³´«Ã½ computing account username and a single password to access WebSO-configured services.
