The 果冻传媒 Refund Policy includes provisions for a 100 percent refund (less advance deposit) through the first day of classes.

Refunds are processed after the drop/add period.

In the My果冻传媒 portal:
  1. Log in to My果冻传媒. Go to All Cards and search for "refunds."
  2. On the Billing Information card, click on Registration for Direct Deposit of Financial Aid Refunds.
